Stocks of WW2 shoulder flashes continued to be worn into the post war era. Once these supplies were exhausted, new flashes were ordered which mirrored the basic design of the wartime shoulder flashes. The different variants will be added to this page as they become available.
With the adoption of combats in the early 1960's a different shoulder title emerged. Combat titles were much smaller and were sewn onto slip ons which were worn on the epaulettes instead of on the shoulders as had been done in the past.
The reintroduction of service dress also lead to a new pattern of metal/brass title. It too was smaller in comparison to the WW2 pattern.
